摘要
本研究以2004年3月2004年5月以卧龙中国保护大熊猫研究中心的11只3.5~17岁、体重约在80~115kg的成年雌性大熊猫为研究对象,采用全事件记录法对雌性大熊猫的整个发情周期的行为和生殖系统外观变化进行详细记录,并于2004年3月9日~5月10日测定了8只雌性大熊猫尿中雌二醇浓度;统计分析了1991~2004年间的雌性大熊猫阴道上皮细胞角化率。结果表明,除了大熊猫帼帼在2004年1月28日开始有发情行为表现外,其他10只均在3~5月期间发情,发情行为无异常现象,其中5只完成了配种;尿中雌二醇浓度均在发情高潮期的当天或头天达到峰值,并于发情后期迅速降至发情前水平;阴道上皮细胞角化率变幅在39.0%~97.0%之间,也表现为在发情高潮期增加并达到最大值,此值介于75%~90%被认为是最佳配种时期。
This study was conducted from March to May in 2004 in Wolong Giant Panda Research and Conservation Center, China. 11 female giant pandas at 3.5 - 17 years of age with 80 - 115 kg of body weight were used to investigate their oestrus behavior and changes of reproductive organs in appearance by observation and all-occurrences recording. Eight female giant pandas were used to determine the concentration of estradiol in urine during the time of oestrus from March 9 to May 10, 2004. Cornification rate of vaginal epithelium were analyzed using the collected data from 1991 - 2004. The results indicated that the other 10 female giant pandas had normal oestrus behavior during March to May, 2004 except for the giant panda -" Guoguo"showed oestrus behavior in January 28, 2004. 5 of them had finished mating. Estradiol concentration in ufine reached top values on the day of climactic estrus or on the day in advance,and decreased rapidly to the previous levels of nonestrus. The range of cornification rate of vaginal epithelium is from 39.0% to 97.0% ,and the top value of cornification rate appeared on the day of climactic estrus. It had been regarded as the best suitable mating time when cornification rate of vaginal epithelium were from 75 -90%.
