小鼠感染合胞病毒与鼠流感病毒后肺脏病理学比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的与方法用合胞病毒(RSV)和鼠肺流感病毒(IVP)感染SPF级BALB/c小鼠,复制两种不同的小鼠病毒性肺炎动物模型,观察其临床症状,并对两种模型各自的肺部组织病理学特点进行研究。结果与结论IVP模型组与RSV模型组小鼠感染病毒后,分别在试验的2天和3天发病,临床症状均表现为精神沉郁、耸毛、卷缩、毛无光泽、活动减少、呼吸急促、咳嗽。但IVP感染模型组小鼠在发病后出现死亡,第7天其死亡率达到40%,而RSV感染模型组小鼠7日试验内无死亡病例发生。病理组织学诊断,RSV模型组小鼠为急性渗出性间质性肺炎,IVP模型组小鼠为出血性间质性肺炎。 Objective and Methods Two types of viral pneumonia animal models i. e. infected SPF Balb/c mice with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) or influenza virus (IVP) were replicated. We observed the clinic symptoms and pathology changes of their lungs for obtaining experiment data to support the further researchs. Results and Conclusion Two groups of mice infected differernt virus presented same clinic symptoms and different pathology changes. The clinic symptoms of two types of animal model were dysthymic, shock, shrink, hair dull, fallow, short of breath and cough. IVP virus mice model had dead after clinic symptoms. And the death rate reached 40% at the 7th day. RSV virus mice model had no dead within 7 days. The pathology diagnosis of IVP virus mice model is acute hemorrhagic interstitial pneumonia and RSV virus mice model is acute exudative interstitial pneumonia.
