CDIC锥状种植体前牙区种植即刻修复的临床研究

A Clinic Study of CDIC Conical Implant and immediate restoration in the anterior zone

目的:探讨CDIC前牙区种植即刻修复的应用原则,初步评价其临床效果。方法:采用CDIC一段式锥状螺旋种植体植入前牙缺失区,术后5日内完成金属烤瓷冠修复,术后6月、12月随访,记录随访结果。结果:126枚牙种植体随访6-12月,临床成功率>99%。结论:在适当选择病例,在完善的术前设计准备和适宜的修复体设计制作的情况下,前牙CDIC种植术后,即刻完成永久性冠修复体,可以获得较好的临床效果。

Object：To evaluate the chnic results of CDIC conical implant and immediate restoration and discuss the applying principles of these techniques in the anterior zone.Method：CDIC implants were implanted in the missing anterior zone.Metal porcelain crowns were restorated with in five days.The investigation and record were performed in 1 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation. Results： 126 implants were investigated 6-12 months,and chnic success rate was about 99%.Conclusion： The results of CDIC conical implant and immediate restoration is predicatable in the anterior zone if the cases are properly selected.
