摘要
注空气采油提高采收率具有广阔的应用前景,即可用于注水后的三次采油,也可用于不适于注水开发油田的二次采油,如低渗水敏油藏。注空气工艺过程的风险因素包括生产井、注气井、空气注入系统内可能发生的爆炸以及由于氧气和二氧化碳引起的腐蚀。文章总结了国内外注空气采油的现场经验,分析注空气采油工艺过程中存在的主要风险和不安全因素,并提出了相关的安全控制及监测措施。
Air injection for enhanced oil recovery has wide application prospects.It is applicable to water flooded oil reservoirs for tertiary oil recovery,and to low permeable reservoirs for secondary oil recovery.The recognized risk factors include the explosion of oxygen mixtures,and corrosion problems caused by oxygen and carbon dioxide.This paper summarizes the field practice of air-injection projects in terms of safety issues,and analyzes their risks.The safety control measures for field application are suggested.
