摘要
目的探讨颅内肿瘤放疗后磁共振质子波谱(1HMRS)的变化。方法选择需行放疗的颅内肿瘤患者40例,在放疗前后分别观察和测量肿瘤和对侧正常组织的N乙-酰天冬氨酸(NAA)、肌酐(Cr)、乳酸-脂质(Lac-L ip)峰值。计算肿瘤组织放疗前后的NAA/Cr、Cho/C、rCho/NAA的比值。结果颅内肿瘤放射治疗后,1HMRS均表现为Cho明显降低,NAA、Cr下降,Cho/Cr下降最明显,放射性坏死1HMRS表现出Lac-L ip峰。结论1HMRS可评估颅内肿瘤放疗后的代谢变化,是一种判断疗效有价值的检查方法。
Objective To study the changes of proton MR spectroscopy in the intracranial tumors after radiotherapy . Methods Forty patients with intracranial tumors underwent muhivoxel proton MR spectroscopic examination before and after radiotherapy respectively. The concentrations of NAA,Cho,Cr,Lac-Lip were obtained in the tumors and the contralateral normal brain region . The rates of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr, Cho/NAA were calculated at the same time. Results After radiotherapy , tumors inhibited by radiation had decreased Cho,NAA and Cr on proton MRS . Tumor radiation necrosis showed high Lac-Lip peak on proton MRS. Conclusions Muhivoxel proton MR spectroscopy was available for study of tumor metabolites after radiotherapy and it was a valuable method in evaluation of treating tumors after radiotherapy.
