15%氟铃脲·三唑磷乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘要 本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇为溶剂,乙腈∶水为流动相,使用ODS-3 C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定15%氟铃脲·三唑磷乳油中的氟铃脲和三唑磷。结果表明氟铃脲和三唑磷的标准偏差分别为0.012和0.081;变异系数分别为0.74%和0.53%;平均回收率分别为99.7%和100.1%,线性相关系数为0.9998和0.9999。 The quantitative analysis of hexaflumuron·triazophos 15% EC by reverse phase HPLC, using acetonitrile + water as mobile phase, ODS-C18 column and UV detector was described in this paper. The results showed that the standard deviation for hexaflumuron and triazophos were 0.012 and 0.081, the variation coeffients were 0.74% and 0.53%, the average recoveries were 99.7% and 100.1%, linear correlations were 0.999 8 and 0.999 9 respectively.
