摘要
本文通过对南京地铁员工培训现状、建立培训体系应考虑因素及培训体系包含的内容进行分析,指出南京地铁要把对员工的培训作为一项重要战略性工作,建立完整的培训体系,这样,才能在员工素质不断提高的基础上,培养南京地铁的核心竞争力,应对各种压力的挑战。
Through analyzing the employee training actuality of Nanjing Metro , the factors of establishing training system should be thought over as well as the content of training system, the article points out that Nanjing Metro should regard employee training as an important strategic work and establish integral training system, in this way, based on the incessant improvement of personnel ability the enterprise can cultivate Nanjing Metro's core competition power and deal with diversified pressure challenges.
