In the Victorian Age dominated by man, women lost the discourse power of expressing themselves. Furthermore, the new awakening is thwarted ruthlessly. Bram Stoker expresses his discontent over the social prejudice against the Other in the way of the invasion of vampire in Dracula. Based on Foucault's power theory, the real reason for the vampire symbolic of Other and its final destiny are interpreted in this article. So the Other can be judged from more perspectives.
