社区党员管理工作是社区党建工作的重要组成部分。在玉林城市化进程中,进入社区的党员人数量日益增多,管理难度不断加大,并由此带来了一系列的问题。通过实行党员分类管理、创新学习方式和建立健全社区党建工作机制,可以有效解决这些问题,促进社区党员管理工作的顺利进行。

The management of CPC members in social community is an important component of the construction of CPC organization in community. In the process of urbanization in Yulin city, the number of CPC members in community is getting larger, which leads to a series of problems making it more difficult to manage these members. According to this article, the above problems can be solved and better management can be achieved by means of classifying these CPC members, innovating study method and setting up proper working system in community.
