试论构建和强化中国的“软实力”

On Improving the "Soft Strength" of China

"软实力"主要包括相对"硬实力"而言的文化观吸引力、政治价值观吸引力及塑造国际规则和决定政治议题的能力。近年来,中国的"软实力"正在逐渐形成和强大。进一步构建和强化中国的"软实力",要靠建立和谐社会与和谐世界,还要善于施展和平外交影响力,充分发挥中国文化的独特作用。

Comparatively opposite to ＂Hard Strength＂, ＂Soft Strength＂ mainly refers to the attractiveness of culture and political value of a country as well as its capability to determine international principles and political issues. These years, the ＂Soft Strength＂ of China has been improved steadily. In order to further enhance the ＂Soft Strength＂ of China, it is of great necessity for us to contribute to the building of a harmonious society and a harmonious world, meanwhile, to try our best to enhance the role that China plays in the world by carrying out peaceful diplomatic policy and by increasing the attractiveness of Chinese culture.
