广西以泛北部湾经济合作与发展为突破口,将发展战略从区域性提高到国家层面,进入了经济起飞时期。与世界其它发展中国家和地区一样,广西面临着经济起飞时期的诸多困难和问题,只有突出重点,抓住关键,全面实施优先发展战略,才能妥善解决好这些困难和问题,确保起飞以后的经济效率与质量。

By taking the Pan-Beibu Bay Economic Cooperation and Development as a chance to raise its development strategy from regional level to state level, Guangxi is now entering a period of rapid development. Like other developing countries and regions in the world, Guangxi unavoidably faces kinds of difficulties and problems occurring in the period of rapid development. Only when we pay most of our attention to the key problems and carry out a strategy of preferential development, can we well resolve theses difficulties and guarantee the efficiency and quality of the economic development.
