摘要 综述了生物降解 PBS 在生物相容性、反应活性及降解性能方面的改性研究进展,并简要介绍了其在生物材料领域的应用情况。目前的研究表明,通过共聚、共混等改性方法可以改善 PBS 的亲水性、反应活性、生物相容性及降解行为。 Advances in modification research of biocompatibility, reactivity, and biodegradation of poly (butanediol succinate) were reviewed in this article. The application of PBS as biomaterials was introduced briefly. It showed that the improvement of hydrophilicity, reactivity, biocompatibility, and biodegradation of PBS could be achieved by copolymerization and blend modification.
