摘要
采用间歇式布袋内压扩张法扩张φ25mm×2mm 聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管,得到管径增大的自增强管,其环向拉伸强度提高了约30%,拉伸弹性模量提高了50%~100%,并且管径在工作温度下稳定。相同管径和承压能力下,自增强管的管壁薄于普通未增强管,理论计算省料量可达20%。
A batch cloth inner-expansion method was applied to Ф25 mm × 2 mm PVC-U pipes to obtain radial expanded pipes. The tensile-strength and Young' s modulus in cycle-direction of the expanded pipes increased by 30 % and 50 % -100 %, respectively, resulting in a self-reinforcement. The enlarged diameter was stable under working temperatures. The wall thickness of the self-reinforced pipe was thinner than the regular pipe used for the same loading, as a result, theoretically about 20 % material could be saved.
