摘要
通过对抚顺石化20 kt/a 双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)生产线纵向拉伸和横向拉伸蒸汽系统的分析,探讨了蒸汽梯级利用的技术改造方案,对原设计流程加以改进。本技术改造方案投资少,回报快,所提出的数据可用于现场生产装置的技术改造。通过技术改造,20 kt/a BOPP 装置能够节省1.0 MPa 蒸汽大约0.8 t/h,同时可降低水冷却塔的负荷50%左右,减少成本80万元。
By analyzing the steam system of MDO and TDO of Fushun biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) production line, a technical reformation project of steam step utilization in order to improve the existing process was proposed. The investment for this project is small and the return will be fast. The data extracted from the analysis can be directly used in technical reformation. Upon completing the project, about 0.8 t/h 1.0 MPa steam can be saved for a 20 kt/a BOPP plant, and in the meantime decrease the load of cooling tower up to 50 %, and thus lower the cost of 800 000 RMB.
