高中数学实习教师的课堂教学情况之分析与思考 被引量:1

摘要 教育实习是教师专业成长的起点。通过对14位高中实习数学教师课堂教学的分析,发现实习教师在数学课堂教学中的优点与不足。对其中的不足进行分析,可以看到实习教师的数学教育观念、知识、思维方式以及自信心影响着实习教师的教学言行。由此,师范教育工作者至少需要注意三点:一是帮助实习教师更新数学教育观念;二是鼓励实习教师采取“从‘模仿’到‘创新’”的学习方式。三是鼓励实习教师自我反思。
