近年来高职生就业竞争日趋激烈,面对新形势,加强和改进高职院校就业指导工作显得尤为重要和迫切。文章阐明了就业指导工作的重要性,分析了就业指导工作中普遍存在的不和谐问题,提出了加强就业指导工作的方法与途径。

In these days students of vocational colleges facing employment competition day by day intensely, strengthens and improves the vocational colleges career guidance to appear especially important and is urgent. In this article career guidance＇s vital role and universal existence questions in career guidance work were analyzed, methods of strengthening the career guidance were also proposed.
