近视在亚洲人群的发病率与几十年前相比迅速增加。这样的高发病率激发了医学科学界对近视的病因、预防及治疗的研究热情,取得了可喜的研究成果。系统论作为新世纪生物学、医学研究的核心驱动力,在其发挥指导作用的同时,也迸发出蓬勃的生命力。本文从系统论的角度,通过对近视的病因及治疗研究进展的总结,对系统论在近视研究工作中的指导作用作一初步的探讨。

The incidence of myopia in Asian population is increasing much more rapidly than several decades ago. This incidence stimulated the research enthusiasm of medical scientists about aetiology , prevention and treatment of myopia. Many encouraging research results have been obtained. As the core driving influence of the biology and the medical research in this century, system theory have brought its faculty into play , while have burst out vigorous vitality. This paper discusses the functions of system theory in the study of myopia, based on the recent progress on aetiology and treatment of myopia from system theory perspective.
