中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期46例总结

A Summary on 46 Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary in Acute Exacerbation Stage Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组仅为78.3%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗本病疗效明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary in acute exacerbation stage treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method ： 92 cases were randomly divided into 46 cases each in the treatment group and control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and cases in the control group treated by routine western medicine. Results： The total effective rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 78.3% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had marked effect for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary in acute exacerbation stage.
