摘要
目的:探讨血脂平治疗痰瘀型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:治疗组48例采用血脂平治疗,对照组48例采用辛伐他汀片治疗。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状、血清血脂指标、血脂动脉硬化指数、载脂蛋白和脂蛋白等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:血脂平治疗痰瘀型高脂血症疗效明显。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on hyperlipoidemia with syndrome of phlegm - stasis treated by Xuezhiping. Method： Cases in the treatment group were treated by Xuezhiping and Simvastatin was used in the control group. Results： The Improvement of common symptoms, blood fat and atherogenic index, apoprotein and lipoprotein in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group. Conclusion ： Xuezhiping had marked effect for treating hyperlipoidemia with syndrome of phlegm - stasis.
