摘要
长尺寸重要零件单面加工过程中,因受热不均产生应力应变,容易出现热变形加工误差,为了准确计算这种误差,通过建立模型,应用数学和力学原理推导出单面加工热变形计算公式,并确定各项取值办法,进行了实例验证。本方法对一些高精度和典型重要工件加工误差的预测、修正、工艺结构设计改进和产品精度定位提供了重要依据。
During one side of proceising of long-size key parts,heat-deformation error appeared easily becauce of stress and strain producted by heating non-unifom.In order to calculate the error exactly, the heat-deformation model was established,the computational formulas of one side of processing were reasoned out by using mathematics and mechanics principle.And the way to take values was determined,the living example was verified.This method provides important basis for forecasting,revising of processing error of high accuracy and typical key workpieces,improving design of technology structure and determination of product precision.
