肠道间叶源性肿瘤34例临床病理分析

Clinical Pathological Analysis on the Tumor from Intestinal Interstitial-lobar Cells in 34 Cases

摘要 为探讨肠道间质瘤的临床病理特征,对34例肠道间叶源性肿瘤进行CD117、CD34,Vimentin、SMA、S-100抗体免疫组化染色。确诊肠道间质瘤7例,平滑肌瘤25例,神经纤维瘤2例。肠道间质瘤占同期间叶源性肿瘤的20.6%(7/34),其中良性5例,恶性2例。结果表明,肠道间质瘤是一种少见肿瘤,其诊断及鉴别诊断依靠免疫组织化学。 For the probing into clinical pathological features of intestinal stromal tumor,immunohistochemical analysis of CD117, CD34, Vimentin and SMA, S-100 for the tumor from interstitial-lobar cells in 34 cases was done. The analysis confirmed the following diagnosis, stromal tumor in 7 (7/34,20.6 %) cases, fibroid in 25 cases,neurofibroma in 2 cases. Among the 7 cases of stromal tumor there were 5 cases of benign one,2 cases of malign one. It is showed that intestinal stromal tumor is a seldom one,its diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis are determined according to immunohistochemical method.
