摘要
将全面风险管理引入项目风险管理之中,在指出了工程项目中存在的主要风险之后,介绍了全面风险管理理论的含义以及体系内容,最后着重阐述了全面风险管理的流程体系。
This article introduces the comprehensive risk management into the project risk management. After pointing out the main risks existing in the engineering project,introduces the meaning as well as the system content of comprehensive risk management theory and finally emphatically elaborates the comprehensive risk management flow system.
