探讨了当前我国金融业混业经营为主的经营模式在金融体系资源配置效率、融资结构、直接融资体系内部结构等方面存在的问题。并根据上述问题,提出加快发展我国企业债券市场、加快金融业混业经营步伐等对策建议。

This paper discusses the current operation mode of China＇s financial industry mainly in the mode of operation of the financial system efficiency of resource allocation, financing structure, and the direct financing system for the internal structure and other aspects of the problem. Based on the above,this paper proposes to speed up the development of China＇s corporate bonds market and accelerate the pace of the financial industry as the operation mode countermeasures.
