摘要
运用心理学中自我效能的概念,在自我效能是工作绩效重要变量这一研究结论的基础上,运用心理学研究方法中的调查研究法,通过对增强汽车销售人员自我效能干预策略的研究,从另一个角度提供了提高汽车4S店销售人员绩效的途径。
Based on the result that self-efficacy is the important factor of working performance,the author uses the investigation and study method to conclude the way to improve working performance of automobile salesman from another angle through the research on the interfering tactics of strengthening self-efficacy.
