个性影响着人的行为,也影响着科技人才的创造性活动。对创新个性系统的构成要素及其在科技创新中的作用进行了分析,探讨了现代科技人才所应具备的优秀创新个性品质,并提出了培养和塑造科技人才创新个性品质的基本途径。
