经过多年的发展,我国金融市场已经进入了一个新的发展时期,主要表现为金融市场体系基本形成、金融市场功能不断深化以及金融市场国际地位和影响力不断提升等特征。抓住当前历史机遇,进一步发展我国金融市场,一是要建立多层有序的金融市场体系,二是要培育市场化运行机制,三是要推进金融市场制度建设和信用评级体系建设,四是要积极稳妥推动金融市场的对外开放。

After years of development, China＇s financial markets have entered a new stage of growth. The major features of the new stage are as follows： a financial market system has been formed; functions of the financial markets are intensifying; the global status and influence of China＇s financial markets are rising. We should seize the historical opportunities at present and further develop China＇s financial markets： first, build a multi-layer and orderly system of financial markets; second, cultivate a mechanism that gives the market a key role in operations; third, facilitate the construction of a financial market system and credit-rating system; and fourth, promote the opening-up of China＇s financial markets in an active and prudent manner.
