摘要 在废水处理中,胞外聚合物(EPS)对生物除磷和污泥的沉降性能都有重要影响。作者对催化铁内电解与短程硝化反硝化SBR工艺耦合后污泥的EPS进行提取,对EPS含量和组分进行了研究,并与其他种类污泥的EPS进行比较;采用等离子体发射光谱(ICP)对EPS中的金属离子进行分析,并测定污泥絮体的Zeta电位和SVI,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察污泥形态。结果发现,耦合工艺可以改善污泥的沉降性能,并大大降低EPS中磷的含量。 Extra-cellular polymeric substances (EPS) have an important effect on biological dephosphorization as well as the settleability of suspended sludge in wastewater treatment. EPS is abstracted on sludge from a new type of electrolytic bioreactor-catalyzed iron inner electrolysis coupled with shortcut nitrification and denitrification sequencing batch reactor(CIIE-NDNSBR),and is also compared to EPS on other sludge samples. ICP is used to analyse metal ions and determined Zeta potential and SVI of flocs,and SEM is used to research the shape of sludge. As a result, the coupling process has improved the settleability of sludge and the removal efficiency of P in EPS.
