基于嵌入式Linux的综合录井系统研究

摘要 针对国内外现存的油田钻井监控系统的现状,提出了一种适用于离散井群的综合录井系统,该系统以嵌入式探作系统Linux为核心。由于嵌入式Linux的出现使得构造一个大型机器的复杂控制系统变得简单和容易。同时结合综合录井系统的工艺特点,将嵌入式Linux操作系统应用到综合录井控制系境中的一些关键问题.重点是讨论构造其控制器的软、硬件设计方法。 Aiming at the current situation of domestic and international oil field well drilling,this paper proposed the mud log- ging unit which was suitable for dispersed monitoring system of well group.This system adopted Linux embedded operation sys- tem as the core.This paper emphasized on the characteristics of the embedded Linux operation system and the way they use em- bedded Linux to construct the complex control system.By comparing with the current control system of mud logging unit,the authors illustrated the merits of applying the embedded Linux into the mud logging unit.The focal point was to discuss the de- sign methods of the software and hardware that constructing its controller.
