摘要
研制出一种新型的水泥散装机,与老式散装机相比,它具明显优点:结构紧凑;多用途,既可以装载汽车又可以装载火车,还能单独作电子衡使用;计量准确,它既能装满罐车又不会溢料;自动化程度高、效率高,控制室只需要配备一个操作工就能同时操作多台散装机,现场不需要操作工,因此既改善了工人的工作环境,又提高了工作效率。因而该设备有较好的应用前景。
In this paper a new type of bulk cement loader is used for loading bulk cement to tank will be introduced. It is mainly made from bulk loading head,frame,flume,electronic Balance,pneumatic switch valve,sliding board and computer data acquisition system. Practice results show that this method can obviously improve the reliability,work condition and work efficiency,reduce labor intension. In relative to convention system this design is much more steady,efficient and useful,occupies less space.
