摘要
多元智慧理论既包涵了又超越了智商和情商理论,它强调人的智慧的多元性和可发展性。这对于创新人才的培养具有丰富的启示意义:创新人才的培养需要充分开发人的多元智慧;需要尊重与激励;需要重新审视一些基本的教育思想,如有教无类、因材施教、全面发展等,使他们焕发出新的生机。
Multiple intelligence stresses the multi-dimensionality theory (MI- theory) both includes and and developable-ness of human goes beyond IQ and EQ theories. It intelligence. This theory has rich enhghtenment to the cultivation of innovative talents. In order to cultivate these talents, it is imperative to develop each person's MI, to emphasize the idea of respect and inspiration. And what is more, we should review such basic thoughts on education as a) teaching all without discrimination; b) teaching everybody according to his/her aptitude; c) promoting an all-round development so as to make them regain their vitality.
