摘要
我国高校辅导员队伍专业化程度不高、职业意识淡薄、角色定位模糊、职业发展通道单一等"非职业化"倾向,不仅制约了辅导员队伍的稳定发展和业务素质的提高,而且严重影响了大学生思想政治教育的效果。辅导员职业化成为解决问题的关键。具体而言,一是运用人力资源管理的"能岗匹配"原则和生涯规划管理理论,建立对辅导员的选配机制;二是实施科学的绩效评估,建立对辅导员的考核机制;三是开辟双重职业生涯的晋升阶梯,建立对辅导员的激励机制。
The college counselors in China have not achieved a high professional level and there is a non-professional tendency among them, which finds expression in the facts that their professional consciousness is not tense, their positioning of roles is obscure, and their channel of future development is monotonous. These facts restrain the stable development of the contingent of counselors, the improvement of their professional qualities and consequently affect the outcome of the ideological and political education of college students. It has become the key to resolving this problem to have counselors professionalized. Concretely speaking, A mechanism of selecting capable counselors is to be set up by applying the principle of "capability matching with the post" in the management of human recourses and the theory of career planning and management. A mechanism of assessing counselors is to be set up by exercising a scientific appraisal of employees' performance and achievements and a incentive mechanism is to be set up by supplying a ladder of promotion for people of dual professional careers.
