摘要
对喹诺酮类化合物进行进一步的结构修饰,以便获得活性更强,活性谱更广的新喹诺酮类抗菌药,仍是抗感染化疗领域近几年的热点领域之一。现按2-位的结构修饰及抗肿瘤活性,6-位的结构修饰及抗H IV活性,7-位的结构修饰及药理活性,8-位的结构修饰及药理活性,三环喹诺酮类化合物及其抗菌活性,喹诺酮与其他类抗菌剂的杂合物及药理活性,喹诺酮二聚体等7个部分,综述了近几年喹诺酮结构修饰及其药理活性的研究进展。
Structural modification is still popular and important in the area of finding novel quinolone antibacterial agents with more potential activity and broad spectrum. This paper dwells on the recent advances in the study of structural modification and pharmacological activity of quinolone agents. It is classified by seven parts: the structural modification on 2-position and anti-tumor activity,the structural modification on 6-position and anti-HIV activity,the structural modification on 7-position and pharmacological activity, the structural modification on 8-position and pharmacological activity, tricyclic quinolone agents and antibacterial activity,hybrid antibacterials and pharmacological activity,quinolone dimers.
