摘要 目的研究NdYAG激光乳化白内障手术后前房的炎症反应、角膜内皮细胞密度的变化及影响因素。方法在NdYAG激光乳化白内障手术术前和术后用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜测量角膜内皮细胞密度,用激光闪辉细胞仪测量前房闪光值。结果NdYAG激光乳化白内障手术中所用的激光能量和晶状体核硬度相关(r=0.343,P=0.002);手术后前房的炎症反应(r=0.381,P=0.004)、角膜内皮细胞的丧失数(r=0.320,P=0.021)均和手术中所用的激光脉冲数相关。结论随着晶状体核硬度增加,手术后前房的炎症反应和角膜内皮细胞的丧失率均增加。 Objective To investigate the postoperative inflammatory reaction and the changes of corneal endothelium cell density induced by Nd:YAG laser photolysis. Methods Before and after surgery, anterior chamber flare were measured by using Kowa FC 2000 laser flare-cell meter,endothelial cell density in the corneal cneter were measured by using non-contact specular microscopy. Results There was a statistic correlation between nuclear sclerosis grade and the number of laser pulse (r = 0.319, P = 0. 012). Corneal endothelium cell loss and the postoperative anterior chamber flare values were related with the number of laser pulse. Conclusions With the increase of nuclear sclerosis grade, the corneal endothelial cell loss and inflammatory response in anterior chamber increase.
