近视305例未行LASIK手术的原因 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析近视眼而未行LASIK术的原因。方法近视1680例(3350眼)经检查后未行LASIK者305例(597眼),例数占18.15%,眼数占17.82%。对未行LASIK的原因进行了分析。结果305例(597眼)中角膜厚度不足者109例(218眼),眼数占597眼的36.52%;92例184眼占30.82%对手术存在顾虑;矫正视力不良者30例56眼(9.38%);高眼压者23例43眼占7.20%;角膜屈光力偏高或过低21例40眼占6.70%;眼底病变15例26眼占4.36%;角膜中央内皮密度偏低8例16眼占2.68%;其他原因7例14眼占2.34%。结论LASIK已被大多数近视者所接受;LASIK的医源性选择比例明显高于患者心理因素的选择。 Objective To determine the reasons that patients did not undergo LASIK. Methods The reasons of 305 patients (610 eyes) did not undergo LISAK were analyzed. Results In 1680 patients (3350 eyes), surgery was not perfomed in 305 patients ( 610 eyes, 18.5 % ). In these 305 patients, 109 patients (218 eyes,35. 73% ) was insufficient of the corneal thickness; 92 patients (184 eyes,30. 16% ) had sone apprehension about the surgery ;the corected visual acuity of 30 patients (56 eyes, 9.84% )was not ideal; 23 patients (43 eyes,7.75% ) had high intraocular pressure; the corneal refractive power of 21 patients (40 eyes, 6.88%) was too high; 15 patients (26 eyes,4. 92% ) suffered from ocular fundus diseases; 8 patients ( 16 eyes,2.62% ) with density of central corneal endothelial too lower and 7 patients ( 14 eyes, 2.29% ) had other reasons. Conclusions LASIK has accepted by most of the myopic patients. Its medical choice rate is significantly higer than that of psychological factor.
