摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者白内障摘出术后视力的影响因素。方法202例(232眼)糖尿病白内障行晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入手术,应用统计学方法对其术后视力与其糖尿病病程、术前空腹血糖及术中植入的人工晶状体类型进行分析比较。结果糖尿病白内障术后视力与患者的糖尿病病程有关,与术前血糖及植入的人工晶状体类型无显著性相关。结论糖尿病患者白内障术后视力与糖尿病病程有关,病程越长,眼底病变发生率越高,则术后视力相对越低。
Objective To analyse the influenced agent of postoperation vision in diabetic cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 202 cases （232 eyes） with diabetic cataract. Statistics was used to analyse the postoperative visions with their diabetic courses,blood sugar of preoperation and the type of implanted intraocular lens. Results The postoperative vision of diabetic cataract were related with the diabetic courses. There were no significant correlation with blood sugar of preoperation and the type of implanted intraocular lens. Conclusions The postoperative vision of diabetic cataract is related with the diabetic coures. The longer the diabetic course, the higher the incidence of diabetic retinopathy, and the lower the postoperative vision.
