眼眶海绵状血管瘤的手术治疗

The operation of orbital cavernous hemangioma.

目的探讨眼眶海绵状血管瘤的诊断及手术方法。方法将20例(20眼)眼眶海绵状血管瘤的临床资料、彩色多普勒、超声、CT、MRT的影像表现及手术状况进行回顾性分析研究。结果20例(20眼)术后矫正视力无明显变化,眼球突出明显改善,眼球运动良好,术后病理证实为海绵状血管瘤。结论海绵状血管瘤具有特征性的影像学改变。联合影像学特征进行诊断及鉴别诊断并采取灵活的手术方式,为肿物的彻底清除及视力保护具有重要意义。

Objective To study the clinical characteristic of orbtial cavernous hemangioma and to provide valuable basis for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and operation treat. Methods Clinical data, ultmsonography examination, the image of CT and MRI, and surgical conditions of 20 cavemous hemangioma cases had been summarized. Results The corrected eyesights of postoperation were not changed obviously and the protruding of eyeballs was improved clearly. The moving of eyeballs was very good. It is confmned that the tumors were orbital cavemous hemangioma through pathology. Conclusions It will provide important basis when combine the characteristic mage of cavernous hemangioma for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and adopting flexible operation method. For thorough tumor and visual acuity protection, it is more valuable.
