上睑下垂合并下斜视联合手术治疗

Combined surgery on ptosis and hypotropia cases

目的 评价上睑提肌缩短加上直肌提吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂合并上直肌功能不全所致下斜视的疗效.方法 我院2002年1月～2005年1月应用上睑提肌缩短加上直肌提吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂合并上直肌功能不全9例（10眼）.结果 术后双眼睑高度基本对称,下斜视矫正效果良好.结论 上睑提肌缩短加上直肌提吊术是治疗先天性上睑下垂合并上直肌功能不全比较有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined operation with levator palpebra resected and supervior rectus elevated and suspended on congenital ptosis and supervior rectus less-function. Methods 10 eyes of 9 patients with congenital ptosis and supervior rectus less-function from January 2002 to January 2005 were operated with combined surgery of levator palpebra resected and supervior rectus elevated and suspended. Results The height of the two eyes lid was nearly symmetry after operation, the effect of rectifing katotropia was satisfactory. Conclusion The combined surgery was considered effective.
