系统性红斑狼疮病人血浆脂质过氧化物含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化

Measurement of Serum LPO and SOD Activities of Erythrocytes in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

摘要 总结 65例SLE病人血浆LPO含量及红细胞SOD活性的变化。活动期病人体内OR水平增高 ,以致SOD的活性下降 ,LPO含量增高 ;经类固醇治疗后的非活动期病人SOD的活性相对增高 ,LPO含量减少 ,提示体内OR水平下降。紫外线照射和某些药物能够激活嗜中性白细胞释放过多的OR 。 Serum lipid peroxied(LPO) levels and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of erythrocytes were measured in 65 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Oxygen radicals (OR) levels were significantly increased in active SLE patients while SOD activities were markedly decreased,LPO levels were increased.The gradual increase in SOD activities and decline in LPO levels were observed in inactive patients after treatment with corticosteroid suggesting a reduced OR level.Ultroviolet light and some medications could stimulate neutrophils to generate excessive OR that could enhance the autoimmune reaction.
