摘要 胜任素质模型的提出,为构建新的人力资源管理模式提供了全新的方法和视角。本文介绍了胜任素质概念的来源与含义,阐述了胜任素质模型的内涵,在此基础上分析了胜任素质模型在人力资源管理中的具体应用。
