摘要
Science Direct数据库中与员工离职有关的文献近200篇,通过对其从年代分布、研究的主要内容、对离职影响因素的研究以及采用的研究方法四个方面进行描述性统计分析,结果发现员工离职研究越来越受到学者们的关注,研究的重点大多集中于影响因素研究,采用的方法大多是"理论研究+实证研究"相结合。基于Price员工离职模型,本文总结了员工离职影响因素的研究进展和现状。
Descriptive analysis are made from four aspects of date distribution , contents, factors of turnover, and research method on about 200 employee turnover papers in ScienceDirect dataware. The results found that more and more researchers put lights on employee turnover, and factors of turnover are made more focus in respect of study contents, and “theoretical + empirical” method is applied wide-scalely in 200 papers. Review On employee turnover factors is made based on Price employee turnover model.
