摘要
南水北调渠道混凝土衬砌,由于工程本身属于大型渠道,底宽较大,边坡的坡度较缓,渠底混凝土浇筑需要分成条带再分块浇筑,渠道边坡要分块采用模板浇筑,无论从资源投入、工效还是工程质量达到设计要求都有相当大的难度,渠道衬砌机施工技术正好解决这个难题,实现了机械化作业,值得在南水北调中线工程渠道施工中推广和应用。
Due to the channel's large size and the wide bottom and the gentle side slope, the concrete lining in the channel of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is relative difficult. The concrete placement in the channel's bottom needs to divide into the stripes and then blocks. The side slopes of the ehannel needs the forrnwork pouring by bloeks. The ehannel lining maehine's eonstruetion teehniques just solve this issue, realizing the mechanization, which worth of the replication and application in the project.
