唐河倒虹吸工程主体工程基本完工,通过参建各方的共同努力,唐河倒虹吸工程质量良好,混凝土内实外光、表面平整、无裂缝,质量满足合同、规范及设计要求。这是各方科学组织、精心施工、严格管理的必然结果,同时与唐河倒虹吸工程建立的项目法人负责、监理单位控制、设计单位服务、施工单位保证和政府监督相结合的完善的质量管理体系有着密切的关系。

By every side of the project＇s effort together, the main body project of the Tanghe invert siphon project is almost completed. In the projeer the concrete with a smooth surface and no rifts are solid inside and polished outside. It has a good quality that keeping with the requirement of the contract, the norm and the design. It is an inevitable result of the scientific organization, strict management, carrying out construction painstakingly. Meanwhile it also has a dose relationship with the perfect quality control system which was established by the project. The quality control system refers to the combination of every involved unit, such as item person＇s responsibility, design unit＇s service carrying department＇s assurance and the government＇s supervision.
