摘要
高压输电线路保护直接影响电力系统的安全经济运行。传统保护不能满足超高压电网发展的要求,探索新的保护原理和可行的实现方法提高输电线路保护的性能,是继电保护研究领域中的一个重要课题。多速率滤波器组应用于高压输电线路单端保护,具有对故障高频信号处理分辨率高、处理速度快等优点性能。分析暂态电流特征,利用多速率滤波器组抽取暂态电流和电压信号并计算能量比,根据能量比来判定故障类型。
It is of importance to the security of the power system to ensure the reliability of HV transmission line protection. Traditional protection can not satisfy the development of HV electric network. Searching for a new protection theory is in the current time,and an efficient method is a main task in this research field. There are many superiorities in the processing of fault transient signal applying multi--rate filter bank. This paper analyses the characters of transient current. The method uses multi--rate filter banks to extract the transient current and voltage component,and computes the ratio of energy,uses the ratio to judge the fault type.
