燃放烟花爆竹所致眼外伤临床分析

Clinical analyze of ocular injury that fireworks induced

目的分析探讨燃放烟花爆竹所致眼外伤的类型、程度、治疗重点及预防办法。方法回顾分析被烟花爆竹炸伤的病例138例(158眼)的受伤情况,包括爆炸物种类、损伤类型、损伤程度、治疗方法及治疗结果等。结果138例(158眼)中男136例(156眼),女2例(2眼)。其中20岁以下50例,占36.24%。致伤原因中礼花弹炸伤42例(55眼),二踢脚炸伤43例(48眼),其它种类鞭炮炸伤53例(55眼)。单眼伤占89.47%。损伤类型主要为角膜巩膜破裂伤、前房积血、外伤性白内障、玻璃体积血、睫状体脱离、虹膜根部断离、视网膜脱离、眼内异物及视神经挫伤等。所有病例每人至少存在以上2种类型的损伤。治疗后视力<0.05者占53.85%。结论燃放烟花爆竹是眼外伤致盲和致残的重要原因之一。

Objective To summarize and analyze the harmfulness and the therapeutic effect of ocular injury that fire works induced. Methods 138 cases （158 eyes） of ocular injury that fire works induced were analyzed, including general situation, fire works, types of injury, and methods of prevention. Results In 138 cases （158 eyes） of ocular injury that fire works, 136 cases were male, 2 cases were female ; the age of 36.24% cases was under 20 years old; 34. 81% cases that were 42 cases （55 eyes） were caused by fire works, 30.38% cases that were 43 cases （48 eyes） were caused by firecrackers. 89.47% cases were simple eye injury. The types of injury were including corneal and scleral rupture, hyphema in anterior chamber and vitreous body, traumatic cataract, detachment of ciliary body, iris and retina, intraoeular foreign body, optic nerve trauma. All cases were with at least 2 types of injury. The posttherapeutic visions of 53.85% cases were less than 0.05, Conclusions Fire works was one of the most important reasons that caused ocular trauma.
