摘要 目的探讨LASEK+MMC治疗高度近视的临床效果。方法38例(76眼)行LASEK手术的高度近视,术前等效球镜度数-6.00^-13.00 D。术中将浸有0.02%的MMC海绵片覆盖于角膜切削区,覆盖时间同角膜切削时间。结果术后3个月62眼达到术前最佳矫正视力(BCVA),12眼超过术前BCVA 1行,2眼低于术前BCVA 1行。术后3个月时平均屈光度为(+0.62±0.35)D,与术前平均屈光度相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后3个月8眼(10.53%)有0.5级haze,所有病例无1级以上haze出现。结论LASEK+MMC治疗高度近视具有良好的安全性、有效性和可预测性。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of LASEK + MMC in treating high myopia. Methods LASEK + MMC was performed in 76 eyes of 38 patients with -6.00 - - 13.00 D, 0.02% MMC sponge was put on to the corneal ablation area during the operation, the time is the same as the corneal ablation, the epithelium flap was replaced to cover the wound bed after laser ablation, The follow-up period was more than 3 months. Results Postoperative 3 month, the postoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were same as the preoperative BCVA, refractive power was ( + 0.62±0.35 ) D, there was difference between the postoperative refractive power and preoperative refractive power (P 〈 0.01).Haze of 8 eyes (10.5%) was at 0,5 grade,no eye had a haze rate higher than grade 1. Conclusions LASEK + MMC was safety and effective in treating high myopia.
