目前大学生就业形势比较严峻，分析起来，有社会客观原因，也有学生自身主观原因。就业中拥有非凡的“智力资本”当然很重要，但是“非智力资本”在求职就业中的作用也不容忽视，甚至有时起决定性作用。应在求学实践中重视并加强这方面资本的积聚，增加谋求理想职位的机会。

The situation that the university students obtains employment at present is fairly austerity. By analysing, the result has the objective cause of society, and also has the subjective cause of student self. Obtaining employment, it is very important certainly to possess outstanding “intelligence capital” , but “non-intelligence capital” effect is not allowed to ignore yet, and even to the extent that takes the decisiveness effect sometimes. The students should attach importance and strengthen gathering of this aspect capital during going to school in order to promote seeking the chance of ideal position.
