高职学生的自我效能感及其培养策略 被引量:4

摘要 高职学生普遍存在自我效能感偏低的现象,这影响了他们学习的努力程度、学习方法以及学习中的情绪。高职院校必须采取有效策略培养学生的自我效能感,这些策略有:让学生获得成功体验、注重替代经验的作用以及建立和谐的人际关系等。
