bFGF对骨质疏松大鼠股骨缺损植骨成骨效能的影响

摘要 目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对脱矿冻干骨颗粒(DFDBA)植入去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠股骨骨缺损区成骨效能的影响。方法制备复合bFGF的DFDBA颗粒供实验用。20只雌性SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,1个月后行股骨骨缺损制备,分2组,每组10只,在骨缺损区分别植入DFDBA和复合bFGF的DFDBA。术后8周取标本,通过不脱钙组织磨片、四环素荧光示踪、骨组织计量学动态参数测定等方法对两种骨替代材料的成骨效能进行观察比较。结果双侧骨缺损区均有新骨形成。复合骨植入区新生骨形成活跃,骨小梁分布广泛,交联密切;对照侧中心区域新骨分布稀疏。复合骨同期成骨量较大,成骨速率优于对照组,新骨矿化情况较好。结论复合bFGF的脱矿冻干骨具有较高的成骨效能。应用bFGF对于提高骨质疏松患者骨代用品应用效果具有临床价值。
