摘要
目的:观察高压氧治疗精索静脉曲张不育患者的精液质量和精子形态学变化。方法:选择精索静脉曲张伴不育患者78例,随机分为治疗组40例,施行精索内静脉高位结扎术后给予高压氧治疗,对照组38例,精索静脉结扎术后未予任何干预性治疗。采用WHO标准对精液进行常规分析和对精子形态学进行评价。结果:对照组患者正常精子形态明显低于治疗组,精子的畸形率和低渗肿胀率明显高于治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧可有效地减轻或消除精索静脉曲张睾丸组织的慢性缺血、低氧状态,改善其微循环灌注,保护精索静脉曲张睾丸的结构和功能。提高精液质量和改善精子形态学指标,可作为精索静脉曲张不育患者术后重要的辅助治疗措施。
Objective To observe the semen quality and sperm morphology of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy in infertile patietns with varicocele. Methods Semen from78 infertile patients with varicocele were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases in the trial group received surgical treatment in addition to hyperbaric oxygenation. Thirty-eight cases in control group were only treated with surgical treatment. Semen analysis was performed based on the methods described in the WHO manual and sperm morphology was evaluated by WHO criteria. Results A significantly reduced percentage of normal morphologic sperm and semen quality while increased percentage sperm manformation or HOS were found in control group comparing with those of the trial group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygenation can effectively alleviate, ever eliminate chronic ischemia, anoxia and microcircular dysfunction in testicular tissue with varicocele, and protect the structure and function of testes, and thus enhance the criterion of semen quality and normal morphologic sperm and it is an important assistant therapy for infertile male patients with varicocele after surgical treatment.
