摘要
针对复杂的汽车侧冲模具设计,以CATIA软件为开发平台,以VB可视化编程语言建立基于Web的标准件模型参数库结构,利用特征造型方法结合参数库进行标准件的三维实体造型,并应用该数据库快速调用所需零件进行模具可装配性的检查,然后通过同步执行和异步跟随执行的机构运动,进行侧冲孔过程的运动碰撞和干涉检查,消除了设计隐患,提高了设计效率和质量。
According to the requirement of designing complex automotive side-die, taking the CATIA software as development platform, and taking VB as visualization programme Langnage, the parametric library structure of the standard parts model which based on WEB was set up. The 3D solid modeling of the standard parts is made by combining feature modeling method with parametric library and applied the database rapidly call the parts to inspect the assembly of the mould, then the movement collision in the process of lateral punching and its interference were checked, the hidden dangers of design was eliminated and the efficiency of design and quality were improved.
